F212 ("we", "us", "our") operates a fantasy football platform built around the Moroccan Botola Pro league. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our waitlist, website, or application.

2. Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our Service, we may collect:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or register an account.
• Gameplay data — squad selections, transfer history, league memberships, and scores (when the app is live).
• Device & usage data — browser type, OS, pages visited, and interaction timestamps (collected anonymously via standard server logs).
• Communications — any messages you send us by email.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To notify you when F212 launches (waitlist email).
• To operate and improve the game — leaderboards, scoring, squad management.
• To send product updates and announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To respond to support requests or feedback.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Data Storage & Processors

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud database infrastructure hosted on AWS EU West). Supabase acts as our data processor and operates under a Data Processing Agreement.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (e.g., email delivery), under confidentiality agreements.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage in your browser to remember your language preference and waitlist sign-up status. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Moroccan law and, where relevant, GDPR principles, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data (right to be forgotten).
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.

7. Data Retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until the app launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion, to comply with legal obligations.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted their data without consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published.
