1. Acceptance

By accessing or using F212 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to the waitlist, the mobile application, and any related services operated by F212.

2. Description of Service

F212 is a free-to-play fantasy football game based on the Moroccan Botola Pro league. You build a virtual squad of real players, earn points based on their real-match performances, and compete with other users across private and public leagues.

The Service is currently in pre-launch phase. Features described on this site are subject to change before the official launch.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. Users under 18 may use the Service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

  • You may create one account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
  • You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
  • Attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or game outcomes.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software associated with F212 are the exclusive property of F212 or its licensors. Player statistics and match data are sourced from licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or that the Service will be free of errors. F212 is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football (FRMF) or any Botola Pro club.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, F212 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email when material changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.
